Passport



FCdCP offers door-to-door medical appointment transportation for adults with disabilities and non-medical transportation for our Adult Day Program clients to and from the Center and on community outings.
The Transportation Department, under contractual agreements, transports for Meals on Wheels, Job & Family Services, Fairfield County Developmental Disabilities and Passport. The Center is also qualified for Medicaid Ambulette Services. To qualify for Medicaid Ambulette services the client must be non-ambulatory and on Medicaid.
Our Drivers are fully trained, caring individuals who have undergone background checks, are certified in CPR, 1st Aid and Defensive Driving. FCDCP’s fleet of vehicles are wheelchair accessible. The Transportation Department’s main goals are to provide safe, punctual and courteous service to all of our clients.
